Teen Participant
Teens of all abilities can learn, create, lead, and serve alongside seniors and supportive adults.

Adults working with teens must be appropriately vetted.
This applies to every adult mentor or volunteer whose role may involve direct contact with teens.
Information Request & Conversation
Parents, legal guardians, and interested adults use the Contact page to provide their own contact information, interests, availability, access needs, and preferred role. The Program Director follows up by email or phone.
Screening & Training
Screening may include identity verification, references, an interview, background checks, safeguarding training, and a code of conduct.
Defined Role & Supervision
Approved volunteers receive clear expectations, boundaries, emergency information, supervision, and support.

Proposed Fruit Access
Help prepare for future fresh-fruit sharing.
G.O.T. Orchards is seeking written guidance from the Rhode Island Department of Health for a proposed seasonal, same-day whole-fruit sharing initiative. Fruit is not currently being accepted, and no public distribution dates are scheduled. Residents with established fruit trees may request information about possible future participation; please do not leave or drop off fruit.
