Learn about teen participation, the parent or legal guardian contact process, private onboarding, and the safety steps completed before anyone joins a program activity.
What happens after a parent or guardian contacts us
1. Information requestThe parent or legal guardian provides adult contact information through the Contact page.
2. Program conversationThe Program Director explains current opportunities, schedule expectations, accessibility support, available space, and program fit.
3. Private onboardingIf invited to continue, the family receives current consent, safety, emergency, health, and authorization documents through a private process.
Important participation notice: Requesting information, submitting a contact inquiry, or completing orientation does not guarantee acceptance, placement, a particular assignment, schedule, or continued participation. G.O.T. Orchards does not provide transportation.
